Kristie Escobar
Kristie Escobar is a PhD student at Florida State University’s College of Information. Escobar graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Linguistics in 1996. In 2014, she graduated with a Master of Humanities with a concentration in English from Tiffin University. Escobar’s research interests focus on the information needs and behaviours of young adults in marginalized communities, particularly those who identify as LGBTQAI+ and/or are on the autism spectrum.
