Graeme Baxter
Graeme Baxter has been a researcher at RGU for over 25 years. In that time he has worked on numerous major research projects funded by a range of UK, European and international bodies. He has authored or co-authored over 90 discrete published items. He has a particular interest in information provision in the political arena and has published widely in the field. His 2014 doctoral thesis, “The Communication and Exchange of Information Between State and Stakeholders” provided a critical overview of much of his corpus.
