Andrew Cox
Andrew Cox graduated from Aberystwyth with MSc in Library Studies and completed a PhD at Loughborough in 2006. The topic of their PhD was knowledge sharing among web management professionals, on and offline, informed by notions both around communities of practice and theories of professionalization. Areas of research interest include online community/social media, research data management, and theory of information, especially influences from practice theory and embodied cognition. Cox is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Information School at the University of Sheffield.
